JOE PITEK is a very experienced Project Management Professional, with over 40 years of experience in over 10 different countries. His experience in Field Supervision, Field Team Management, and Construction Management is vast. He has a keen analytical approach to work, which instills confidence and trust in his judgement. His possesses in depth knowledge and experience in the fields of Engineering/Planning/Construction, Power Generation, and Civil Works. His ability to assess project status, analyze problems, determine practical solutions, implement a strategy to move forward, and execute them successfully has been a hallmark of his career. People who work with him look up to him for his leadership, supervision, and knowledge in the search to success. The diversity of his experience and knowledge makes him most valuable in project planning, execution, and successful completion.

Adrian "Bear" Michaelchuk

PARTNER

ADRIAN MICHAELCHUK is an experienced operational administrator and manager, also with over 40 years of experience in over 20 countries. He has spent the majority primarily in Oil & Gas related work. His experience in start-up operations, field operations, project management, PPL, and Business Development has given him a diversified portfolio of successes. His leadership ability to walk into any situation anywhere, analyze and assess conditions, determine practical solutions, and work with people of all levels to achieve the positive results need to succeed have followed him throughout his career. His style of “Manage by Example” has led to many successes on all levels and a comradery within the workforce built on respect. The strength of his conviction to need to succeed and always consider the good of the people and the project make him a valuable commodity to the client.

Consultant Partners Since 1989 ...

Joe Pitek and Adrian "Bear" Michaelchuk provide over 70 years of combined Project Management experience in Construction and O&G. Joe started the company as Site Commissioning Manager for Noramco Gold in 1986. His next contract was in the Beaufort Sea as Electrical Commissioning Supervisor, where he met Adrian who was installing and commissioning oilfield equipment for the Molikpag Caisson Drilling Rig. Joe convinced "Bear" to join him to promote consulting services wherever they could. From that point forward they have worked together (and separately) in many different locations worldwide, utilizing ever increasing experiences to the benefit of clients everywhere.
